1. Shipping Methods

• Gifts or promotional items will be shipped via India Post or other reliable courier services, depending on the delivery location and service availability.

• The specific courier service used may vary based on the terms of the promotional campaign or the destination of the shipment.

2. Delivery Time

• Once your donation or participation in a campaign is confirmed, your gift will be dispatched within 30 business days.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically range between 5-15 business days after dispatch.

• We will provide a tracking number via email once your item has been shipped, so you can monitor the delivery status.

3. Shipping Costs

• The shipping cost of gifts will be covered by The Jovian Charitable Trust as per the terms of the promotional campaign. There will be no additional charge to the recipient unless stated otherwise during the campaign.

• Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be incurred for international shipping will be the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Delivery Locations

• We ship to most locations within India. International shipping will be available only for selected campaigns and regions, subject to courier service availability.

• In case your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and work to find an alternative solution.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If the gift or item you receive is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged item. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or alternative solution.

• In the event of a lost shipment, please notify us, and we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue. The Jovian Charitable Trust is not responsible for delays caused by courier services but will assist in resolving any problems.

6. Promotional Campaign Terms

• Gifts and promotional items are dispatched as part of specific campaigns and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined during each campaign. Availability of gifts may vary based on stock and the campaign’s terms.

• Some gifts may be available only to participants or donors within specific geographical regions, as outlined in the campaign details.
