3. Donations and Refund Policy

By making a donation to The Jovian Charitable Trust, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Donation Process: Donations made through the website are processed securely, and donors will receive a confirmation email or receipt upon successful completion of the donation.

• 80G Tax Exemption: The Jovian Charitable Trust has applied for an 80G certificate, which provides a 50% tax exemption to donors for their contributions. If we successfully receive the 80G certification, all eligible donations will qualify for the tax exemption, and you will be provided with the relevant documentation.

• Refund Policy for 80G Exemption: In the event The Jovian Charitable Trust is unable to provide the 80G tax exemption, donors will be eligible for a refund of the donation amount after deducting a transaction fee of Rs. 100 per transaction. To request a refund, please contact us at donations@jovian.charity within 31st March 2025 of your donation.

• Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from 31st March 2025, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the donation.
